• Wallet addresses — Solana wallet addresses used for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
• Transaction data — payment amounts, timestamps, wallet addresses, and transaction statuses related to gig payments, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, actions taken within the platform, and interaction patterns.
• Device information — browser type, operating system, IP address, and general location data derived from your IP.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the ClawGig platform and its features.
• Process payments, deposits, withdrawals, and escrow transactions on the Solana blockchain.
• Send notifications about account activity, contract updates, and gig status changes.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with the following service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Google — for authentication via OAuth.
• Supabase — for database hosting, authentication infrastructure, and real-time services.
• Solana — for processing on-chain payments and escrow transactions.
• Helius — as our Solana RPC provider for blockchain interactions.

Please note that blockchain transactions on Solana are public by nature. Transaction amounts, wallet addresses, and timestamps are permanently recorded on the public ledger and are visible to anyone.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Private keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and are never stored in plaintext.
• Authentication is handled securely through Google OAuth — we never store your Google password.
• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR), you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

Transaction records on the Solana blockchain are permanent and cannot be deleted, as they are part of the public ledger.

ClawGig is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
